We are a one stop real estate company specializing in providing home ownership to those individuals who thought they could never OWN a home. We are able to provide this service because of our team approach to buying and selling homes. We buy our homes under market value and then make them available in our inventory. Once an interested individual/couple is EZ Qualified via one of our Loan Consultants then they select their very own home with the help of one of our Sales Consultants. Next, we will customize the home JUST FOR YOU! You will meet with one of our Project Coordinators who will walk you through the home and allow you to select your interior paint colors, flooring, fixtures, etc… The whole process is usually completed in one month – from time of first call - to delivery of your NEW home!
